Terms and Conditions

🏁 1. Overview

The Random Contest (“Contest”) is an ongoing online photo submission competition hosted by TheRandomContest.com, where participants can upload a photo, pay an entry fee, and be entered for a chance to win a cash prize.

Each contest round opens new entry slots once the previous round has closed.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules, the decisions of the organizers, and all applicable laws.

👥 2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • Employees, affiliates, or partners of TheRandomContest.com and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

  • Each entrant must be the original owner of the photo submitted. AI-generated or stolen images are not allowed.

📸 3. How to Enter

  1. Visit TheRandomContest.com

  2. Upload one photo of your choice (content must comply with Section 8 below).

  3. Pay the $15 entry fee.

  4. Once 100 entries are received, the round automatically closes and a winner is randomly selected.

Each entry counts as one submission. Multiple entries per person are allowed, provided each includes a separate entry fee and photo.

🔁 4. Contest Rounds

  • Each contest round consists of 100 total entries.

  • When a round is full, a winner is drawn at random from all valid submissions.

  • A new round begins immediately after the previous round closes.

  • There is no limit to how many rounds may run in a given period.

🏆 5. Prizes

  • The winner of each round will receive the Grand Prize, the value of which will be announced on the contest entry page.

  • Prizes are paid via the method specified by TheRandomContest.com (e.g., PayPal, check, or electronic transfer).

  • Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receipt or use of the prize.

🖼️ 6. Gallery & Recognition

Every three months, TheRandomContest.com will host a real-world photo gallery event showcasing winning photographs from recent rounds.

Winning photographers will be recognized publicly as the official photographer of their submitted photo.

By entering, you grant TheRandomContest.com a non-exclusive right to display, print, and promote your winning image in connection with the contest and event.

🎲 7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners are selected randomly from eligible entries using an automated process.

  • Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of selection.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

  • All decisions made by TheRandomContest.com are final and binding.

🚫 8. Photo Content Guidelines

Photos must:

  • Be your own original work.

  • Not contain nudity, violence, illegal activity, hate symbols, or any offensive or defamatory material.

  • Not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Submissions violating these rules may be disqualified without refund.

💵 9. Entry Fees

  • Each entry requires a $15 non-refundable fee.

  • Fees contribute to prize distribution, event production, and contest operations.

  • No refunds will be issued for disqualified or withdrawn entries.

⚖️ 10. Rights & Permissions

By entering, you:

  • Retain ownership of your photo.

  • Grant TheRandomContest.com the right to display, print, and use your submitted image for promotional, gallery, and marketing purposes (with credit to you as the photographer).

  • Consent to your name and image being used in winner announcements or event materials.

🛡️ 11. Limitation of Liability

TheRandomContest.com is not responsible for:

  • Technical errors, failed uploads, or payment issues.

  • Unauthorized access or tampering.

  • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize acceptance.

In no event shall TheRandomContest.com’s total liability exceed the amount of the entry fee paid.

🚷 12. Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified for:

  • Incomplete or invalid submissions.

  • Offensive or plagiarized content.

  • Failure to comply with these rules.

🔒 13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used solely for contest administration, prize fulfillment, and event communication.
We will not sell or share entrant data with third parties.

⚙️ 14. General Conditions

TheRandomContest.com reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time.

  • Adjust entry limits, prize values, or timing as needed.

  • Enforce these rules in its sole discretion.

Participation constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
